Description
This is the Coral Records release of the Self Titled album Buddy Holly And The Crickets - Coral Records number 757405. The tracks for this LP were remastered in 1962 for Stereo (even though they were originally recorded in Mono) and this pressing is from approximately 2 years after the remastering around 1964. Although when "trying" to remaster Mono to Stereo many times it comes out sounding extremely bad BUT whoever did the remastering on this, did Not go overboard with heavy processing, and did not do the heavy bass to 1 channel and heavy treble to the other, this actually sounds really quite good, more like a very cleaned up remastering with liter stereo effects. The Cover is in VG++ condition and shows much better and brighter than the digital picture indicates and all seams are intact. It is rated a VG++ and not higher as there is a corner bump on the very top left front, a slight bend to the top right and on the back is a name printed in very small letters at the left margin.
