Description

Up for auction is an LP by The Crickets entitled, The Chirping Crickets, featuring Buddy Holly and others.
Brunswick Records, BL 54038  MONO  
Machine stamped Matrix #, deep groove.  (see pictures)   Thick vinyl.
I believe this to be the original US pressing, but if I'm wrong, I'm sure one of you will point that out.

Record is very listenable.  I've played it 3 times and enjoyed it very much.  I did not and do not clean any records I list.  What you see is what I got/you get.
There are no skips or warps in the record.  (There are noticeable spindle marks on both sides.)
Record has visible and audible issues.  Both sides display, scratches, marks, scuffs.  Pops and clicks can be heard on both sides.  They aren't constant, but fairly consistent.  
Surface noise can be heard through out LP, not overwhelming, but def there.  Tolerable in my opinion.
Record Grade:  VG/VG-

The sleeve isn't in great shape.  For it's age it's pretty good, but still, lots of issues.  I did my best to capture these with the pics.
Top spine corner has part of it gone/torn off.  Top seam is split half way across top sleeve.
Bottom seam is split at insert side and also in the middle a couple inches.  Ring wear is visible.
There is a piece of tape on the back and writing in numerous spots.  A couple of creases exist as well.
Sleeve Grade:  Good/Poor
