This is so rare and valuable that the following condition will not make too much difference as it is nearly impossible to find a new pristine copy. An older record price book had this at over $300.00
An ebayer emailed and said "Condition is everything" so I am revising this listing by adding 5 more pictures, some light, one darker, they are the best I can get and I stand by the original statement, "This has been well loved and played". I do not feel any deep gouges or scratches when I run my fingers over it, it is not shiny new at all, you can see hairline marks on both sides, but it is okay. I'm thinking it would be nice to have if you don't want to spend a thousand.
There are splits on the top and bottom seams of the hardboard sleeve which do not extend the full width. The record has been well loved and played, but still has miles to go of listening enjoyment, very good/nice condition. The former owner wrote her name "Lynne" neatly and small above the song list on Side One. All sales final, no refunds, on this as condition is a matter of opinion, but we have tried to best describe it; see our feedback.
