"That'll Be The Day" by Buddy Holly

DECCA Records - DL 8707. Long Play 33 1/3 RPM. 1960 Rainbow label re-issue. Exact same mono recording as the first press. Take a step back in time and enjoy the sound and atmosphere.

Uncommon re-issue. I've listened to this record and it sounds pretty clean. This is a gem.

COVER:  Great shape with no ring wear/disc impression. One 6 inch split on the bottom and some spine chipping. Still glossy and very sturdy after all these years. Not perfect but it displays extremely well.

RECORD:  Side-1 does have a skip on the first song but the rest are fine. Side-2 has a few bits of crackling and pops but no skips. Replacement paper sleeve included.

I've acquired an estate vintage record collection that features various genre from the 1950's thru the 1970's including Comedy, Jazz, Swing, Rock and more. They took great care that so many look factory fresh.

 Wow! I don't know what that is in the vinyl. It doesn't show up when I look at the record from the naked eye and the play hasn't been affected. Creepy but cool!  "Holly" image. It may be a reflection.
