Description
Here’s a rare original pressing of “That’ll Be The Day” by Buddy Holly. This is Holly’s third and final LP to be released before his untimely death in 1959, and is the rarest of the three. It’s on the Decca label, number DL 8707. It’s an original black and silver label pressing (copies with a rainbow label are later pressings). This copy is in VG- to G+ shape, plenty of scuffs, an audible scratch on the last song on side one, but it played all the way through on my record player without skipping. The front cover has strong graphics with some creases and a couple small areas of paper loss in the corners. Cover has a seam split a third of the way on top and one inch on the bottom.
