Description

Crickets (feat Buddy Holly) - The 'Chirping' Crickets LP.

Original 1st press LP, Vogue Coral labels in a Coral sleeve. Very hard to find especially in this condition.

  • Year: 1958
  • Catalogue Number: LVA 9081 
  • Sleeve: Considering it's age this is in great condtion. There are no rips, tears or ink markings and the flipbacks are great. Still looks bright and glossy, a really nice copy. There is some general storage wear and a small crease in the bootom left corner. Spine is intact with just a small scuff in centre that comes across onto the front of the sleeve (see pic). By the opening the laminate has peeled in a few places. This is still (by a long way) the best example I have seen as the sleeves are quite delicate and generally have rips on. Grade as VG++  
  • Inner Sleeve: VG
  • Vinyl: Lovely heavyweight vinyl. Vogue Coral labels that are clean, clear anhave no writing or stickers on, just a little light spindle wear. The vinyl itself is still shiny. It has obviously seen use with light surface marks but has been well looked after. There are no deep marks and it plays really well. Grade as VG++
