Description
This Listing is for A Buddy Holly release on Decca. This is a very hard to find Buddy Holly Stock Copy of 9-30166. The songs are Modern Juan / You are My One Desire. Vinyl is VG+ with a few light scuffs and needle scratches. There is one Scratch, about 1/4 " (See Pictures) On the You are My One Desire Side, that is audible when played. Not bad, and No skips. Labels are close to M-, but there is a price Rubber stamped on the You are my One Desire Side and an "A" written in pencil. Also, a very small drop of same ink residue on other side. Apparently, when prices were being stamped on the records, the stamp pad was pretty wet. Record does have a very slight warp, not affecting play.
Comes in Original Decca Company Sleeve, also in very nice condition.
As would be expected, Matrix Numbers are Machine Stamped in the dead wax.

Grading is based on the following criteria
Mint = New Store Stock - We Don't Use this Grade
Mint- = Near New With Only One or Two Small, Insignificant Defects
VG++ = Extremely Nice. Would be Mint-, Except for a Couple of Light Scratches or Scuffs, Which Do Not Affect Play
VG+ = Nice, but Obviously Used Record That May Have a Series of Light Scuffs or Scratches. It Probably Plays with a Few Slight Pops and/or Light Background Noise, but has No Serious Problems.
VG = Well Used Record That Still Sounds OK When Played, but May Have Moderate Surface Noise, Pops, etc.
VG- = a very well-worn record that plays without skipping, and will do until a better copy can be found.
We do not use abbreviations for defects/condition, but will clearly detail any defects/Issuues with the Cover and the Record. We will do our best to explain the defect, as well as photograph it.
