You are bidding on an original DJ Promo on Decca 30434 by Buddy Holly.  That'll Be The Day/Rockin' Around With Ollie Vee.  Labels are both VG+, no writing, stickers or tears.  Vinyl on the That'll Be The Day Side is visually VG to VG- but plays VG+, there are numerous scuffs but none affect play.  Vinyl on the Rockin' Around With Ollie Vee side is VG+ and pretty clean.  Both sides have very nice luster.  There are no skips on either side and only minimal background noise.  Looks like a pressing defect in the trailoff wax on the A side, but it does not affect the tracking at all.  Overall the record sounds great.  Please ask any questions you like.  Thanks!

Hello Again!  After a couple of questions, I thought I would try and better explain the vinyl on this one because it's a little deceiving (Much better play grade on A side than visual).  This was a new copy when the DJ I puchased this from got it.  He played it several times in his Wurlitzer juke box and the A side obtained several typical juke box scuffs.  He took it out soon after and didn't use it any more.  So, the vinyl retained a very nice luster on both sides.  The scuffs on the A side are obvious, but do not affect play in the slightest.  This is actually one of the best sounding copies of this record I have heard.  I downgraded the visual rating because I hate to overgrade.  There is virtually no background noise at all and at the most, I might have heard one very light single tic.  Hopefully this helps, other than the scuffs, this is a great record!
