- Features: My item's matrix: Side 1: (etched) ILPS-9256-A-1B (stamped) KENDUM; Side 2: (etched) ILSP-9256-B (stamped) KENDUM, label: ILPS 9256, both sides same. Produced by Chris Blackwell and The Wailers; including Peter Tosh and Bunny Wailer. Includes a more confrontational and militant tone than previous records. Peaked at number-151 on the Billboard 200. In 2007 the album was added to the Library of Congress' National registry for its historical and cultural significance. Note: Bob Marley (1945-1981) was a Jamaican reggae singer-songwriter, musician, and guitarist...with The Wailers, the band forged a distinctive songwriting and vocal style...credited with popularizing reggae music worldwide...a global symbol.
