Butthole Surfers, Stickmen w/ Rayguns, Fitch & Daniel Johnston Vinyl LP 'A Texas Trip' released in 1987 on Caroline Records - Cat. #CARAL 1339 - Very Good Plus/Excellent Condition! SIGNED BY Daniel Johnston!!!!!
Vinyl is in Very Good Plus Condition. Visually the vinyl looks pretty good with some very light markings/smudges (would come clean with a professional washing). There are also some paper scuffs and light surfaces scratches that do not affect the sound.
And there is one much larger deeper scratch that goes through all of track 1 on side 1 (Steve Fitch - In the Neighborhood). Luckily this scratch does not make the album skip (repeat) but there is a pretty clear audio tick/pop.)
Fully play tested and besides the tick/pop that repeats throughout all of track 1 on side on the albums sounds great (I did hear some background noise my first play through but it cleared up after a light brushing.
The cover is in Excellent Condition! There is some light edge wear along the spine (view photographs).
Below Daniel Johnston's name he signed it in regular black ball point pen. I purchased this records from Dawn Boyer who was the wife of the late Brett Hartenbach in Rollinsford, NH in 2018. Brett was an amazing guitarist who was both good friends with Daniel as well as one of his favorite accompanying guitars. This was just one of many amazing records that Dawn kindly enough allowed me to purchase.
