Promo-only disk released before the LP Independent Worm Saloon. Only 1,500 copies pressed on 10" platter. Packaged in silver mylar with a fly printed in black on one side, and the Butthole Surfers logo on the other side.
Condition: Near Mint : Mylar sleeve - see photos - no significant creasing or scuffs, no splits.
Cover : Near Mint - no creases , no splits Disc: Looks unplayed, no spindle marks around centre.
