Description

Original UK rough orange CBS stereo 1st press LP, with the very early A-1/B-1 matrices and matching A-13 stampers!

The matt sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some light storage rubbing on the front cover and some light ring wear on the unlaminated rear. The spine is intact and fully readable, the CBS company inner is intact & in EX condition.

The record is in visually EX condition, with a couple of faint sleeve removal hairlines visible under bright light on each side. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with no evidence of spindle markings on each side!   The sound reproduction is EX+, still clear & precise throughout with no loud pops, hiss or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some low background noise during the run in grooves, overall, just a really great, loud & punchy listen!!   The matrix nos. are; SPBG-63169, A-1 stamper A-13, B-1 stamper A-13. This is one of later copies of the first pressing of the original UK stereo issue of this classic 1968 album!
