Description

Byron Sorensen - Sweet Memories (Bonanza (NO. 1001), US 1978) Cover/Record: EX Very rare privately pressed lp from 1978. It is Byron with his various keyboards doing lounge crooners with funk, rock, vaudville, folk and pop directions, often with sound effects and an overall loner/outsider vibe. Songs like covers of "Shake Your Bootie", "He Ain't Heavy... He's My Brother", "Baby Elephant Walk" and many orignals like "Let The Rain Cry For You", "No Man An Island Can Be", "Forest Full Of Rain", etc. Comes in a blank white cover with paste-on front and back cover slips and is signed to Janette by Sorensen. I saw this listed years ago for around $400 and apparently only 100 were made. The vinyl and cover are in really great condition.
