Description

  • This is an ORIGINAL 1955 U.S. BELL RECORDS 7" 78  RPM RECORD IN ITS ORIGINAL BELL RECORDS STOCK COMPANY SLEEVE containing the vintage R&B classic titled 'Minnie The Moocher' backed with 'I'll Get By' from R&B scat singing pioneer Cab Calloway, who is seen performing 'Minnie The Moocher' in 'The Blues Brothers' movie.  It is Bell Records U.S. catalog number 1006, gold and black Bell Records labels, styrene pressing.

    Condition of record is a mid VG+ with a small to moderate amount of visible surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play. Labels have some very small flat bumps which originated during manufacture, no other real flaws. Bell Records stock company sleeve is in VG condition with some wrinkles, a small 1/2" split in the middle of its bottom edge, some small light stains, some fraying and small tears across its top edge, and some wear along the edges and on the corners as can be seen in my accompanying image - NO writing or stickers.
