Original and very rare issue of a superb avant-garde punk & new wave fanzine from 1981 created by Benjamin Allen - very artistic and with great collages and DIY artwork, plus hand-numbered on the cover.
The fanzine mainly covers the independent cassette scene and experimental, industrial and minimal synth culture of the late '70s and early '80s. The fanzine is related to the CABARTE label which issued some great electronic & experimental cassettes (ALLOTROPES, NEW WORK COMPILATION etc) - the title of the fanzine on some issues is also CABARTE (like this one) instead of CABARET - comes complete with a flyer which was also available with other issues.
