Original, very early 1960s Doo Wop compilation LP entitled, "The Cadillacs Meet The Orioles." This is on the Jubilee label JGM-1117. This is the true first pressing and it has matte (non-glossy) black 'deep groove' labels with silver print. This great LP contains six songs by each group, all of which are original recordings from the 1950s. The thick, heavy vinyl is visually a beautiful M- with full gloss, no scuffs or scratches at all, and it looks like it was only played once or twice at most!!  I did notice when I played it myself that there is a very slight whoosh sound on the first song on each side.  This is very likely from the pressing, as I don't see any signs of warping or other damage to the record... These early Jubilee LPs were not exactly the highest-quality pressings, even for the time... So, I give the vinyl a VG+ play-grade; no ticks or pops whatsoever. The cover is a beautiful near mint with no signs of damage or wear at all!! It is still 100% in the original, factory plastic polywrap!! This is how these LPs used to be factory packaged and sealed in the days before shrink-wrapping.  There are no rips or tears in the plastic.  Unless you were to find a sealed one, I can't imagine there is a better example of this LP out there!! I'm offering this gem with no reserve price. Please review the photos.  

Note:  I play these older, heavier, “wider-grooved” LPs with a regular Stanton stylus tracked at 1.5 grams. I do this for two reasons:  First, they sound better. Secondly, I find if I use too fine an audiophile stylus, there tends to be more surface noise present and the sound is actually weaker.  These older LPs were intended to be played with a regular sylus anyway.  Depending on what type of setup you use, you may get slightly lesser--or slightly better--results than me.
