Condition: 

DISC:  Vinyl is beautiful NM- with 100% of original gloss, appears to have been played a very small number of times and handled with care.  There are a few very minor scuffs, not audible, no serious marks or issues.  Fidelity is excellent.  Labels are pristine with no spindle trail marks.  You will not find a nicer sounding copy.

JACKET:   Nice VG+ to VG++ with no major issues.   Front panel (not laminated) is beginning to display a bit of ring wear.  Seams are intact except where they are just starting to split at the top and bottom right corner openings.  Reverse is very clean, but has darkened a bit with age.  No writing or stickers.  Overall a very presentable jacket to accompany the nice sounding disc.
