Description
Here is another classic LP from my personal collection. I have always been meticulous in caring for my vinyl records, storing them in plastic covers, playing them only on quality equipment and never lending them out.
I believe this is a first UK pressing (A1/B1 matrix) of the original 1968 release, in fantastic condition. Such a classic album by the best blues/boogie band of the '60s.
Cover - glossy front is still in great condition, no de-lamination, just some bend marks along the spine and near the opening. Back is also in very good condition, it does have the track timings very neatly written by the titles, although you wouldn't notice this at first glance. Hardly any wear along sides or at corners, but some damage (cat scratches) at the bottom of the spine, as shown. Inner plastic-lined sleeve also has track timings written on it.
Disk - virtually pristine, the only marks are some imprinting from the plastic lining of the inner sleeve, around part of the circumference. I've tried to show this in the photos. It causes a little crackling on the lead-in grooves but the rest of the disk plays fine.
Labels - very good, just some spindle traces and a finger mark or two.
Thank you for your interest. This item will be sent by tracked courier in a new sturdy custom 420gsm cardboard mailer with 'fragile' sticker and 12.5" square corrugated cardboard stiffener. I will pack the disk in its inner sleeve between the cover and the stiffener to avoid damage in transit, as far as possible.
N.B. £20 insurance cover is included in the £3.99 postage price. If you would like £50 cover please inform me and add £1.50 to your payment.
