Description
Capitol/EMI UK Stereo LP, SP 8518, black/rainbow rim label, first UK pressing, matrix suffixes D19/D18.
Front-laminated, flipback sleeve is in lovely shape, glossy, clean laminate with light storage wear and a few light edge creases, plus a light bend at the opening edge causing a light crease on the back, and minor corner wear top right on the front. These are minor issues on a super sleeve that easily grades EX to EX plus.
The vinyl sits flat, with no warp. It looks fantastic, with a few very light hairlines on both sides visible under strong halogen light; very shiny and glossy surface. Audio is very strong, and the vinyl is mastered and cut to play loudly with superb stereo separation. There is some light crackle at the start of each side which does dissipate, and after this there is a little light surface noise only audible during quieter parts, and the occasional light dust click. Still a super copy, very enjoyable audio, that grades EX both visually and for audio, (which is occasionally nudging EX plus.)
