CAPTAIN BEEFHEART & THE MAGIC BAND's "Clear Spot" released on REPRISE RECORDS (K 54007) in GERMANY, probably in the 80s when I acquired it. It is a cardboard cover unlike the original U.S. plastic cover.
As Seen is Scan 1, it has been AUTOGRAPHED by ZOOT HORN ROLLO (Bill Harkelroad), guitarist supreme for the Magic Band with a black sharpie at the Music Store he managed in 1999. It is appropriate, since he has described "Clear Spot" as his most enjoyable album from his long tenure with Beefheart - a sentiment shared with many Magic Band fans since the band truly gets a chance to stretch out on songs including "Big Eyed Beans From Venus", perhaps Zoot's most recognizable guitar solo along with a name check by Beefheart.
The LP is in NEAR MINT PLUS condition and has been played rarely if ever with no visible spindle marks and not a scratch or mark on the very clean, glossy vinyl.
The Cover is also in NEAR MINT PLUS condition and has been kept in an outer heavy cover which it came in (it wasn't shrinkwrapped when bought new), with all seams fully intact, corners sharp, and Next-To-No wear on the front and back. It's tight!
