CARPENTERS "CLOSE TO YOU" NEW UNPLAYED COPY 1970 FIRST PRESS LAMINATED AMLS998
An absolutely amazing find - a brand new, unplayed copy of the Carpenter's 1970 release "Close To You" album. This is how the album was first released in the UK 45 years ago; a fully laminated sleeve with brown A&M label - even the generic A&M inner sleeve is absolutely pristine. The sleeve has the most miniscule signs of storage wear and, to be frank, I have bought new albums where the cover has been nowhere near as good as this. Please look at all the photos to get a proper indication of how wondrous this discovery is, right down to the sleeve edge - all genuine snaps! A collectors dream and priced realistically for such a rare example of the duo's first release.
