Carpenters ~ Offering ~ 1969 A&M SP-4205 ~ This Is The Very Rare Original 1st Cover Of The Carpenters 1969 Debut Album, The Album Did Not Sell Very Well, Then In 1970 When The Carpenters Hit It Big With The Release Of Their 2nd Album (Close To You) A&M Records Decided To Re-Release This Album With A New Title And Cover In 1970 As Ticket To Ride Making This Original 1969 1st Cover Of Their Debut Album Very Rare And Highly In Demand ~ The Cover Is VG+, Still Presents Very Nicely, It Has Ring Wear And Is Neatly Clear Taped At The Top And Bottom Openings, Also It Has Wear And Some Chipping Along The Edges ~ The Vinyl Is Very Nice, NM minus ~ The Labels Are As Follows....Side One Is NM, However On Side Two There Is An Old Faded Price Written On It (see pic #6) ~ Includes The Original A&M Records Inner Sleeve (taped seams) ~ Please Ask Any Questions That You May Have Prior To Purchase ~ Thank You
