This cover was recalled because they thought that it was too dark for the image of the Carpenters...it was replaced with TICKET TO RIDE ON....PLEASE IGNORE ITEM SPECIFICS; IT WAS FOR A PREVIOUS LISTING

This is not a re-issue; it is an original and the cover  is in EX+ condition. The vinyl has very minimal light surface scratches with some typical very faint occasional popping that is only obvious when you are listening for  it; The beauty of listening to vinyl! . No spindle hole damage. There is no marks whatsoever on the front or back of the cover, and there are no splits on the seams or flaking..Corners are sharp...The back of the cover is flawless; the front shows some abrasions from sliding against other albums, but it actually looks like it  is a characteristic of the black clothing! (I actually thought that it was at first glance).  This is a very fine example of a rare recalled album...
