Description
“CAST A GIANT SHADOW” SOUNDTRACK LP SIGNED BY STARS KIRK DOUGLAS & STATHIS GIALLELIS w/COA!
This 1966 war epic starred Kirk Douglas as the real-life hero, American Colonel David Marcus, who helped the Israelis fend off attacks from the Arabs. It featured a rousing Elmer Bernstein score captured on this United Artists Records label soundtrack in Excellent (E) condition, signed on the cover with black Sharpie by both Douglas and Stathis Gallelis, who had scored earlier in Elia Kazan’s “America, America.” Douglas signed at a book signing in L.A. for his 2002 book, “My Stroke of Luck,” while Gallelis did so at an American Cinematheque screening of “America, America” over 15 years ago at the Aero Theatre in Santa Monica, Ca.
