CAT POWER - HEADLIGHTS / DARLING SAID SIR 7"
THE MAKING OF AMERICANS RECORDS, MA05, 1993, USA
Released before she had even caught the eye of Sonic Youth Drummer Steve Shelley, 'Headlights' is classic angst ridden fare. Recent newcomers to the ouvre of Chan Marshall may be a little taken aback by the rawness in evidence here, but the voice is still there.
This 7" was only released in the USA, and was SEVERELY LIMITED to 500 copies! I bought it new in 1993 and have had it ever since.
This copy has a HAND STAMPED 'Hello Kitty' badge on the limited edition stamp space.
It is housed in a beautiful monochrome wraparound sleeve and I have provided an inner separately for the vinyl.
CONDITION OF RECORD/SLEEVE: The wraparound sleeve is VERY NEAR MINT. There are no creases or stains. There is a tiny 1cm tear on the bottom of the back side of the cover. Almost unnoticeable.
THE VINYL IS VERY NEAR MINT. PLAYS PERFECTLY.
