Description

The now increasingly collectible Rocksteady vinyl compilation LP, 'CATCH THIS BEAT - THE ROCKSTEADY YEARS 66/68'  featuring VARIOUS ARTISTES.

A selection of the finest Rocksteady recorded between 1966 and 1968. A classic heavyweight compilation!

This LP has been safely stored away on my shelf, unplayed, for over 35 years. Prior to listing, I played it for inspection purposes only.

The LP comes with its original black inner sleeve and outer plastic bag (see photos).

LABEL: ISLAND RECORDS (IRSP 7)

YEAR OF MANUFACTURE: 1980

VINYL CONDITION: EX. The vinyl has retained its gloss.There are a few very superficial hairline marks on side 1 (side 2, barely any) - mainly visible under a strong light. Each track plays with a strong,clear output with the only the FAINTEST of background noise/crackle.No skips or jumps.

ALBUM COVER CONDITION: EX+. Front and back covers have hardly any creasing and storage/shelf wear is minimal. Spine is clean, fully readable and intact.

LABEL CONDITION: EX+ Clean label. No marks or writing.
