Description
Three mono reference acetate discs featuring songs from the "Cattanooga Cats" cartoon. These discs predate the cartoon and were probably used by the animators during the initial production. These discs come from the estate of Paul Maher, a former archivist at Hanna-Barbera Studios.
G+ condition with some moderate scratches, scuffing and wear.
These fragile records will be sandwiched between cardboard, wrapped in bubble-wrap and shipped in a 12 x 12 x 6" box with plenty of packing material. I have years of safely packing and shipping discs of this kind, so bid with confidence! I also gladly combine winning lots!
On Jul-21-14 at 09:25:49 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to mention in my description that the flip side of "Johnny Johnny Jump Up" contains about half of a very good pop-psychedelic track which is unidentified. Some great detective work by friends has identified the song as HEY JANE by THE UNCUT VERSION, later released on the Forward label from L.A. in 1969!
