BIDDING CONTRACT TERMS.
I hate to say it, but as I have increased my eBay sales, my non-paying bidders have also increased. So as an added measure be sure to read the following terms before you bid.
1: I prefer PAYMENT via paypal for most of my auctions. I do not under any circumstances accept personal checks or any form of money order.
2: Payment is always expected within 7 days of auction ending if you pay via paypal or 14 days if you pay cash, failure to pay in the allotted amount of time could result in negative feedback.
3: You will always receive a payment reminder from eBay after 7 days have passed unless you already paid with paypal.
4: I expect all of my bidders to make some sort of contact with me within 3 days, failure to do so may result in negative feedback. Just a short note to let me know your shipping information and how you will be paying is customary.
5: I reserve the right to cancel bids from anyone who has an excessive amount of negative feedback for non-payment. There is a reason why it is there and I don't want to mess with you if you can't pay for your auctions.
6: I will leave feedback for everyone I deal with. Most of the time it is good but sometimes it is bad. If you just follow the terms listed here, it will be good.
7: If I have not received payment after 10 days I will request my final value fee back from eBay, to do this I have to fill out a non-paying bidder form from eBay on the person who did not follow through with their bid. I don't like it but it is necessary for me to get my money back from selling an item that really didn't sell.
8: Anyone who does not honor their bid and pay for their item will be added to my growing list of people who cannot bid on my items. Sounds like a lot I know but it really isn't difficult. It really amazes me the number of people who bid on things they have no intention of paying for. Then they have the nerve to be surprised or even get mad when you leave negative feedback for them. To all of you ebayers who do pay for their auctions within the amount of time specified. Thank You!! I for one really appreciate you guys.

2. THE SHIPPING COST IS AT THE CHARGE OF THE BUYERS AND MAY VARY DUE TO THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION AND WEIGHT OF ITEM.
3. I WOULD NOT TO BE HELD REPONSABLE OF ANY BREAKING, DAMAGE OR LOSS TO CAUSE BY THE POST OFFICE EXCEPT IF RECOMMANDED MAIL ARE TAKEN BY THE BUYER(IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TAKE RECOMMANDED MAIL, PLEASE ADVISE).
