Septober Energy is the only album of the jazz/progressive rock big band Centipede, organized and led by the british free jazz pianist Keith Tippett, that brought together much of a generation of young British jazz and rock musicians in its more than 50 members, e.g. from the bands Soft Machine, Patto, King Crimson, Nucleus and Blossom Toes.
Septober Energy, produced by Robert Fripp, was originally released 1971 in the UK as a double LP, 1974 in the U.S.A. with a different cover.

Cover: Howards Printers 1st pressing unlaminated gatefold cover. No writings/doodles or seam splits. Inside of gatefold is excellent. The unlaminated white front & rear cover is very hard to keep clean. Excellent physical shape but with a few grubby marks.
Inner sleeves: Original black poly-lined inner sleeves are near mint.
Vinyl: Near Mint. Stunning condition for its age. Played 2/3 times only. Not played since 1972. Would benefit from a light clean to bring back to its best.
Labels: Near Mint.
Postage £4 (UK) £6 (EUROPE) & £8 (REST OF THE WORLD)
Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.
Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc
Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
