CHARLES MINGUS - THE BLACK SAINT AND THE SINNER LADY IMPULSE! RECORDS 
Here we have a 1968 issue of a classic Mingus album - one of my very favourite Jazz albums, leaning toward third stream.
This is a 1968 STEREO repissue with RVG in the deadwax, denoting Rudy VAN GELDER mastering. ABC Impulse labels. It sounds fantastic, as Rudy Van Gelder issues always do, albeit with some surface noise and crackle, noticeable mostly in the quietest sections.
Record: VG
The LP plays through on both sides with no skips, jumps, or locked grooves. There is some background/surface noise throughout, hence the VG grade. This is most noticeable during quieter sections but is still an enjoyable listen in stereo sound, and the quality of the mastering comes through.
Sleeve: VG
See images. The gatefold card sleeve is intact and retains striking lines and colours. Some of the laminate layer is peeling away and there are some frayed edges and marks. VG condition.
