Description

Here's a rare find: an early US stereo issue of Mingus Ah Um, with the LP itself still sealed in the original plastic inner sleeve (this is how Columbia LPs were packaged until the mid-'60s). We're not sure if it's the original 1959 issue or the 1961 re-press. The vinyl appears mint through the cellophane. The cover is excellent with slight shelf dings at the tips of two corners.
