JACKET:       VG+       Gatefold type holding one 12" disc. Looks really nice with some minor wear on the edges and corners. Also has a seam split on the top right edge about an inch long.  Has "NOT FOR SALE" stamped on the inside opening.                                                  
LP:                 VG+        Shows some marks in the vinyl but no deep scratches. The labels are white DJ issue which are clean and free of any writing or stickers.
