Hard-to-find vintage northern soul 45 featuring CHARLES SHEFFIELD on the EXCELLO label, from 1961.

Titles are “IT’S YOUR VOODOO WORKING” and “ROCK ’N ROLL TRAIN.”  Catalog number is 45-2200.   This is a stock copy, orange label with blue print.  Guaranteed to be an original pressing, “Sheldon” is inscribed in dead wax.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:  Record has almost no wear, has full original gloss and plays great.  There are a few minor scuffs and a surface mark, none of which affect the play.  Fidelity is clear and strong.  However, upon close inspection I noticed that there are two small short cracks at the edge of the record.  The record plays fine, with only a couple light tics before the music begins.  The cracks are about one inch apart, and only extend from the outer edge into about 12 to 15 grooves, no more than about 15% of the length of the track. 

I understand this will disqualify some bidders from considering the record.  However, I want to emphasize that the record plays great.  If you are seeking a nice playing copy with almost no wear, good clean sound, and handle the record with reasonable care, then I think you will be very happy with this nice stock copy.  As with all my records, your satisfaction is completely guaranteed, if not happy simply return the record in same condition for a full and prompt refund.

Shipping is $3.25 to anywhere in the U.S. via USPS first class mail (insurance optional at additional cost).  For airmail shipping to most overseas countries including Europe, the cost is USD 5.25.
