Description
Hello, this is part of a 1960`s 7"collection from a DJ back in the day. Please see my other listings for more 7"singles from this collection. The collection was left stored for 50+ years, most of the records are in lovely condition.
I use the record collector grading system of Bad / Poor / Good (G) / Very Good / Excellent / Mint.
Please see below for grading details.
I also use a + or a - for grades that I consider slightly better or worse.
A VG disc on this site will not be is nasty condition like many sellers.
All records are sent out in plastic covers.
I never ship records inside the picture covers or LP jackets.
CHARLIE GRACIE.
HE`LL NEVER LOVE YOU LIKE I DO / KEEP MY LOVE NEXT TO YOUR HEART.
STATESIDE 1965 UK DEMO 7" SINGLE - SS 402.
A very rare and wanted 45, this has a big following on the Northern Soul scene.
A demo copy of this 45 sold for £560 at the start of the year on Ebay and this played with a wave! My copy on offer plays great and sounds nice. This has only sold once on Discogs and that was a few years ago. No other copies are for sale at the moment. My grading below is strict, this is a clean example, you may not see this for sale again for some time!
The Record / VG+ condition. A nice disc with a nice original gloss. When graded under halogen light the disc has some very light surface wear and the odd very light mark. The disc in in clean shape. This is a strong and strict VG+ condition. A nice example of a very rare record.
The Labels / EX+ condition. Side A has an original ink date stamp. Both labels look great.
The Cover / VG condition. Original wavy top paper cover in solid condition with some normal age wear and creasing. .................................................................................
I USE THE UK GRADING SYSTEM BELOW.
Mint - as new and in perfect condition.
Excellent - A real nice example with light wear only. An EX disc will play great and the cover will be very nice too.
Very Good - The disc will have light surface wear and some light marks. The record will still play very well but may have some surface sound and a little crackle as this is graded as VG. The cover will have some creasing and storage age wear. The disc and cover will have no very serious faults. A VG disc and cover will also not be perfect!
Good / G condition - The disc will have very visible surface wear and light marks with some deeper marks. The cover will show much age wear and will not be the best example! The record will still play but will have surface sound and ticks etc.
Fair - This will be a tatty example of both disc and cover. The record will play with surface sound and noise. The cover will look tatty from age and storage wear.
Bad / Poor -This will be a badly worn example of both record and cover. The disc may jump or play with much surface sound. I would rarely sell an item like this.
Thanks for looking.
