Cover- VG/VG+ 4 corners have dents, top & bottom seams separated.

"This is what could be called a Pre-Estate sale. We are selling off items now, so our children and grand-children won't be burdened with. Starting with Records first. With most of the records, we are the original owners. If an item doesn't sell at auction....in most cases, don't expect to see it again from us. We will take all unsold items and donate to a charitable organization. Only in a few cases will we relist an item. "Example: Somebody wins the bid, then doesn't pay". We've already run into that. Why do people do things like that? Seems very rude. So to make a long-story short, we will be listing records first, since we have so many. It will probably take us over a year to list them all. So visit our site frequently to see what we are getting rid of. "
