Description
CHARLIE PICKETT "Trembling Blues/Crazy 'Bout My Black Gal" on DECCA 7762 in E/E-. Fine and scarce Tennessee blues with Hammie Nixon.
GRADING: All 78s are graded according to the standard VJM grading system. Briefly..... E is a used clean record with no visible signs of wear but with a few inaudible scuffs and scratches.
V Moderate even wear, surface noise and scratches audible but not intrusive.
G very worn with surface noise just below music level.
A "+" or a" -" sign is sometimes used to shade a record up or down, hence V+ would be a well used record but one generally free of distortion or excessive noise, a good playing copy. Major damage, digs etc, will always be noted in the description.
Over 40 years collecting 78s, my grading will be fair. If not satisfied with any 78, return the item for a full bid refund.
