Description

Clock Records CL 1025, this is a hard to find single by The Chavis Brothers featuring "So Tired" b/w "I Love You". The B-side is a typical ballad, but the A side is a great rockabilly tune that I had never heard before picking up this 45. Record is shiny and clean with some minor paper marks on either side; playback is strong throughout, while yellow labels with black print are clean with no real signs of wear. A nice copy of this hard to find rocker. Buyer pays $5.00 shipping in the US, $8.00 airmail overseas. I accept Paypal, US postal Money Orders, and well concealed US Dollars. I have had two questions asking if this was a reissue or an original of this item. First off, I never heard of this single being reissued. I did get it out of a vintage collection, which spanned 50's to early 70's. CL-152-45-1 is etched on A side trail off, with what looks to be an "A1" symbol stamped in the same area, with an "R" stamped further along the in the dead wax. The B Side has CL-153-45-1 etched in the trail off, with the same "A1" & "R" stamps. The record is slightly more indented on both sides around the spindle hole, where it "slopes" toward the center. I hope this info helps answer any questions.
