The press sheet is a promotional press release information front and back advertising of this new album to be released ( has age spots in VG condition) The cover, obi & insert are all VG condition (has age spots and discoloration) - The OBI has some creases. The record is very nice condition a strong VG+ condition (looks unplayed).
