MONO PJ-1234. BLACK LABEL w/SILVER TEXT & DEEP GROOVE.

COVER = VG (all seams split, front & back are separated)
VINYL = VG (downgraded due to some funky-looking but barely audible heat damage on a small portion [about 1cm] of a1+b1; looks kinda ugly but plays great--- check out audio of both tracks below; the disc is otherwise a shiny VG++ to EX w/clean labels, sounds fantastic)
