Description

This is an original 1st pressing of Chet Baker Sings and Plays with Bud Shank, Russ Freeman and Strings, Pacific Jazz 1202.  This is a superb, clean copy with very few flaws.

Vinyl is VG+, super clean and glossy with only two notable marks on side 2 that keep it from being VG++.  Beyond those there are only extremely light, superficial marks visible under close inspection, what would fall under normal handling wear for a record of this age.

The first mark is very small, less than 1/8" and is heard as a very light tick that repeats for about a dozen revolutions at the end of "You Don't Know What Love Is."  The second notable mark is a light scratch that runs from the end of "You Don't Know What Love Is" (but separate from the first mark), through "Grey December" and into "I Remember You."  Though it is the most visible mark on the record I can't tell that it's audible.  Plays great overall with light surface noise throughout but nothing beyond that--no pops, repeating ticks, etc aside from the one small mark I described above.

Jacket is in great shape with overall light wear, some peeling laminate lower right, and paper loss to corners.  Lower right corner is beginning to split about 1/2".  See photos for detail on everything I described.

Buyer pays $4 media mail shipping in the US ($1 each additional), $15 to Canada ($2 each additional), and $22 to Europe & Japan ($3 each additional).

Your payment is due with 72 hours of the auction's end.
