Description

Very nice copy of the original 1969 first pressing of the Chicago Transit Authority double-LP on Columbia GP-8. Original pressing on the 2-Eye labels. This is essentially the first Chicago album, before they shortened their name to simply Chicago. The discs are both in lovely shape and play just about flawlessly and quite beautifully. There are some light scuffs and superficial marks but they don’t affect the play at all. Really a top player. The cover has some of the usual ringwear, and a bit of whitening here and there at the corners and edges, but no seam splits or any real damage at all. Just light shelfwear, really. This is quite a lovey original copy.
