CHICKEN SHACK "100 TON CHICKEN" ON BLUE HORIZON RECORD LABEL S 7-63218. FIRST PRESSING STEREO IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
RARE A 1 / B 1 FIRST PRESSING HEAVY DUTY VINYL.

Another Outstanding Blues Album by the Legendary Chicken Shack led by Stan Webb, Recorded and Released in 1969 this was the third album release on the Blue Horizon Record Label and British Blues at its best.
The record is in excellent condition, Original First Pressing Made In England.
The Blue labels are very clean, some very light spindle marking side 2, side 1 only very slight traces of any marking, No writng or sticker marks or wear to centre hole. The Matt Blue Inner Labels are very good.
The surface of both sides of the record are excellent, some very feint surface marks visible when viewed under strong light, and slight scuff mark to track 2 side 1, does not affect play.
The record plays very well, excellent sound and is virtually totally free from any background noise, the record has been played of course.
The vinyl is excellent, very sturdy, thick heavy duty vinyl typical of the late sixties and early seventies, vinyl exactly how it should be and it still retains its rich deep black vinyl sheen from new.
The condition of the sleeve is very good. Printed by the E J Day Group. The Gatefold Sleeve is totally intact. Front and rear covers in very good condition, some wear to spine and leading edge and a bit of clear tape to bottom left of rear cover, No nasty creases, tears, writing or grubby marks, tiny split at top and bottom of spine and storage wear to edges, some green colour to cover wear on extreme edges, not really noticable, otherwise very good. Some very light creasing, sleeve is quite flimsy and rather old!. The text to spine is intact and rigid. The Inner Gatefold is in very good condition, nice and clean.
This is a record I have had a very long time along with 40 Fingers and Accept and after playing it again wondering why I have decided to part with as it was always my favourite CS Album.
Record comes complete with the original inner sleeve.
Record will be posted in fully protective packaging .
