Description
Blue Horizon label, 1968, cat. no. 7-63203, 10 tracks.
This LP has been in my collection since I bought it new in 1968, and has always been stored indoors and upright. The labels indicate that I never played it a great deal - since I moved over to CDs, it hasn't been played at all, until I played it yesterday to check it.
I am not a dealer, so I don't have that kind of expert knowledge about different pressings etc., but I try to describe accurately any LPs I am selling, and I'll always attempt to answer any questions. Plus, if when you receive the LP you feel that my decription was inaccurate, simply return the LP within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.
I assume that this is a Mono copy - there is no mention of Stereo on the labels, and no Stereo sticker on the sleeve, just the usual CBS bit about mono and stereo records being playable with the same equipment.
SURFACES - visually unmarked except for a small surface mark between tracks 2 and 3 on side 1, which didn't sound when I played the LP. Surfaces are bright, there is no warping. The LP played perfectly (Sansui deck, Ortofon cartridge) - no skips, jumps, clicks, crackles, not even any surface noise between tracks. Spindle markings on the labels do not indicate a great number of plays.
COVERS - front cover laminated, clean, just a few laminate creases, mainly round the edges; back cover unlaminated, clean and unmarked except where, for some reason, I've put a small tick and the date 17/12/68 in the top left-hand corner of the group photo! Top and bottom edges of the cover are sharp, there is a minute amount of rubbing on the spine.
