CHICKEN SHACK. 40 BLUE FINGERS FRESHLY PACKED AND READY TO SERVE. BLUE HORIZON 7-63203. 1ST PRESSING. STEREO. S7 63203 A2/B2 MATRICES.
My listening equipment is a highly revealing Roksan Xerxes/Artemiz/Shiraz turntable, pre/power amplification and Castle speakers.
Side one has background noise between tracks and quiet parts plus some occasional clicks. Some degree of background noise is always present, but it's mainly low level, benign and easy to ignore and listen through. Side two is the same and has some clicking to the slow track 2 and the intro of track 4. There is no distortion, jumps or sticking and you can play it on a high level system without danger to your stylus. In spite of its mentioned flaws, overall it offers a very enjoyable listening experience. Not quite up to my normal standards for listing (I'm selling it on behalf of a local hospice), but offered because of its rarity and collectability. Provided you read this text and do not bid on impulse in the final few seconds expecting perfection, you will not be disappointed. The laminated single slip cover is in pretty good condition. There are some creases to the laminate and the text has rubbed off the spine, but nothing serious.
