Description
This is an overall fine original US pressing copy of the debut LP by British blues boom band Chicken Shack, released on the Epic label in 1968. The jacket has two main flaws, a 2” tear in the top seam and a name written in red marker on the back cover (see picture), along with light ring, corner, spine, and seam wear (VG+). Visually, side 1 of the disc has some scuffing and some hairline scrapes, and side 2 is clean with a little light scuffing. It plays with light to occasionally moderate surface noise between tracks and in the quieter passages of a a couple of tracks (EX).
I am in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their sleeves. The sleeves have been stored in plastic sleeves. Many records were purchased new. Most were played just 1-2 times and taped. I have play graded discs except where otherwise noted, and have tried to err on the side of caution when imperfections are apparent.
