Your shipping and handling pays for the following standard of service:
We ship the next working day after your payment is received. International Air Mail Small Packets take an average of 10-14 days to arrive, but please allow at least 21-28 days for your package to clear customs (South America, Canada and some other countries have notably slower customs clearance than others). Sadly, our experience shows that it can now take 7-14 days for tracked packages to be delivered in the UK, although 3-5 days is average. LPs are shipped in professional, fluted card mailers with printed address labels and all relevant customs and tracking information attached. We appreciate payment within 5 days of the auction closing. Payal requires sellers to prove delivery in the event of non-receipt claims and to have uploaded tracking information onto eBay, so regrettably we now only ship by Signed For/Tracked delivery if you choose to pay by Paypal (except the USA subsidized shipping rate). We do accept alternative payment methods if a cheaper shipping rate is important to you, as listed below:

  • 1. USA SHIPPING BY SMALL PACKET AIR MAIL IS $4.00

    • Because the shipping rate to the USA from the UK is set by eBay and not the seller, at considerably less than actual cost, additional albums shipped at the same time cost $5.00 each extra LP.

  • 2. UK SHIPPING FOR PAYPAL PAYMENTS BY SIGNED-FOR/TRACKED DELIVERY IS $7.49

    • Add $2.00 for each additional LP bought at the same time.

  • 3. UK SHIPPING IF YOU DO NOT USE PAYPAL AND PREFER REGULAR SECOND CLASS MAIL IS $5.99

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS FOR THE $5.99 SHIPPING RATE ARE:
POSTAL ORDER, BANK TRANSFER OR PERSONAL CHEQUE IN GBP STERLING (ALLOW 7 DAYS CLEARANCE ON CHEQUES BEFORE SHIPMENT). PLEASE LET US KNOW WHICH PAYMENT METHOD YOU ARE SENDING AND USE EBAY’S QUOTED EXCHANGE RATE FOR US$ TO GPB STERLING, OR CONTACT US FOR EXACT TOTAL.

    • Add $2.00 for each additional LP bought at the same time.

  • 4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, except USA [see 1 above], EUROPEAN UNION [see 6 & 7 below] and UK [see 2 & 3 above], IF YOU PAY WITH PAYPAL, WE REGRET THAT WE NOW ONLY SHIP BY TRACKED & SIGNED-FOR AIR MAIL, WHICH COSTS $23.99

This means that there will be no more ‘lost’ packages to Eastern Europe, South America, etc. and guarantees that you will receive your purchase(s) safely with signature proof of delivery in accordance with Paypal/eBay’s requirements on sellers. SIGNED/TRACKED SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL PAYPAL PAYMENTS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE. If you intend to argue about this after an auction closes, please refrain from bidding in the first place.

    • Add $5.00 for each additional LP bought at the same time.

  • 5. CHEAPER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE IF YOU DO NOT USE PAYPAL. IF YOU PAY BY BANK/WIRE TRANSFER IN US$, REGULAR UN-TRACKED AIR-MAIL COSTS $15.99, except USA [see 1 above], EUROPEAN UNION [see 6 & 7 below] and UK [see 2 & 3 above].

Please request bank transfer details at close of auction. Let us know when you have sent payment and your shipping address. We will check that payment has cleared online and ship the next day. The $15.99 un-tracked shipping rate is only available for payments not made through Paypal.

    • Add $5.00 for each additional LP bought at the same time.

  • 6. ALL EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES, except UK [see 2 & 3 above], IF YOU PAY WITH PAYPAL, WE REGRET THAT WE NOW ONLY SHIP BY TRACKED & SIGNED-FOR AIR MAIL, WHICH COSTS $19.99

This means that there will be no more ‘lost’ packages to Italy and Eastern Europe in particular, and guarantees that you will receive your purchase(s) safely with signature proof of delivery in accordance with Paypal/eBay’s requirements on sellers. SIGNED/TRACKED SHIPPING FOR EUROPEAN UNION PAYPAL PAYMENTS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE. If you intend to argue about this after an auction closes, please refrain from bidding in the first place.

    • Add $5.00 for each additional LP bought at the same time.

  • 7. CHEAPER EUROPEAN UNION SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE IF YOU DO NOT USE PAYPAL. IF PAY BY BANK/WIRE TRANSFER IN US$, REGULAR UN-TRACKED AIR-MAIL COSTS $13.99, except UK [see 2 & 3 above].

Please request bank transfer details at close of auction. Let us know when you have sent payment and your shipping address. We will check that payment has cleared online and ship the next day. The $13.99 un-tracked shipping rate is only available for payments not made through Paypal.

    • Add $5.00 for each additional LP bought at the same time.
