Sleeve Condition: Ex: moderate wear to front, a tiny sticker tear to top right near NEON logo. Otherwise clean, free from stickers, marking, writing etc.

Record Condition: Near Mint: One, wispy, sleeve withdrawal mark which is purely superficial, almost imperceptible and certainly does not affect play in any way. Otherwise and to all intents and purposes, a Mint example.
