                                  CLARK - HUTCHINSON  "RETRIBUTION"  VERY RARE ALBUM

                               Released in 1970  on the "DECCA DERAM" LABEL  stereo SML 1076

                                                  Condition:-  EXCELLENT + /  NEAR MINT


                    I bought this Album in 1970 the year it was released.  It was a special order from my
                    local record shop so it was never put out on display for the public to handle.  It was
                    played on a high quality turntable for that era (Thoren 125 turntable, SME arm with
                    Shure V15 cartridge.)  It was always cleaned with a high quality cleaner and stored in
                    a plastic outer sleeve for protection.  I am not a record dealer, I am just selling off my
                    own private Album collection.

                                                                     THE  COVER

                    The COVER is in EXCELLENT + condition.  The whole Album is in a VERY CLEAN
                    condition.  The FRONT COVER has a HIGH GLOSS LAMINATE finish.  It has one
                    crease, bottom left near the SPINE about 4cms.  The BACK COVER is in a MATT
                    finish which is VERY CLEAN.  It only has one light strain in the top right hand corner
                    where the price label had been.  The FOUR CORNERS are EXCELLENT, FIRM and
                    TRUE with no scuff marks.  The SPINE looks like NEW, it is STRAIGHT and CLEAN.
                    The TITLE  is CRYSTAL CLEAR.   The PINCHED ENDS are SHARP and BEAUTIFUL.
                    The SLEEVE OPENING  has no wear whatsoever.  For this RARE ALBUM COVER of
                    38 years old,  it is in SUPERB condition.

                                                                   THE  VINYL

                    The VINYL is in NEAR MINT condition.  It is SUPERB, the Album has a HIGH GLOSS
                    MIRROR finish, which is EXTREMELY CLEAN.  There are no scratches, or hairlines
                    and no finger marks.  The LABELS are amazing, they look just like NEW with not a
                    spindle marks in sight.  The SOUND QUALITY is AMAZING, there are no pops or
                    crackles.  It is such a QUIET CLEAN PRESSING.  This is real DECCA quality. The TEST
                    PLAY is only the third time this ALBUM has ever been played.  It was done on my REGA
                    PLANAR 3 with ORTOFON cartridge.  I was so impressed with the quality of this Album
                    after not having played it for 37 years !  The ALBUM comes complete with the original
                    DECCA inner sleeve, which is also in NEAR MINT condition.  This Album is not to be
                    missed  by a DECCA DERAM collector !
