Item description:
Up for auction is the very rare Japanese version of The Clash The Singles Box Set.
Many of you still don't get how cool and rare this item is.
This Japanese version was only available for sale at Sony Music Japan website in 2006 and went sold out immediately.
I believe this was limited to 5000 sets, could be less than that.
It was retailed at JPY15,750 (Approx. US$170).
This box set features 19 singles (all Japanese pressings with original UK artwork)
packaged in a camouflage box which then goes inside a colorful slipsleeve like the UK version,
2 booklets (1 is pretty identical to the UK version, the other is a thick Japanese 68-page booklet with all the lyrics (English&Japanese), liner notes, interviews and comments, discography of Japanese releases, etc.),
9 perfectly reproduced sleeves of the original Japanese releases,
and a box size original The Clash Singles sticker.
The box set has an obi wrapped around, and it is bigger than the UK version due to these extra inserts.
It is like new condition, only 1 record has been played one time.
No reserve. You don't want to miss out on this.
This item is very heavy and it will be shipped from Japan.
You have 3 choices for shipping. Please check the actual shipping rates below.
