Claudia Thompson Goodbye to Love Edison Int’l Label Stereo LP 1959 w/Barney Kessel
You are bidding on a scarce LP, “Goodbye to Love,” by Claudia Thompson. The album was released in 1959 on the Edison International label (Stereo SDP 500) and features jazz vocal performances by Miss Thompson accompanied by Barney Kessel on guitar. The record is in VERY GOOD PLUS PLUS/EXCELLENT condition. The surface displays its original sheen, with a few wispy contact marks, light abrasions and tiny nicks visible under a bright light, but nothing that seriously impairs the audio quality. The record plays well! The cover is in VERY GOOD PLUS condition as well, with wear along the seams. There is a ¼ inch split at the opening of the top seam that has been professionally repaired from the inside without tape.
